Studio Problems
The goal of my Studio Problems course was to replicate real-life ads to learn about lighting and photography while working in roles similar to a professional environment. As a requirement, we were not allowed to use Photoshop to alter our images, so we prepared our photoshoots and work in the studio to create images that physically replicated our assigned ads.
At the beginning of the semester, the class divided into teams, and each class period my teammates and I rotated roles as the director, assistant, stylist and digital tech. As the director, I organized and ran the photoshoot--assigning roles to my teammates and taking responsibility and the grade for the final result/photo.
